The check-in process was an absolute disaster! We waited over an hour due to a new computer system that the staff clearly wasn't trained to use. They took no note of our request for adjacent rooms, which added to our frustration. On top of that, the pool water was freezing, and the hot tub was completely out of order! If that wasn't enough, my bill was incorrect upon checkout, and I had to argue for 20 minutes to get it fixed. This stay was a nightmare and far from the usual quality I expect from Best Western.

The breakfast staff were very nice. They kept everything stocked and clean. Also the room was spotless, very well maintained, and the beds were comfy- felt like a solid mattress!

we had a wonderful stay at best western! the front desk staff were super kind and knew a lot about local activities for our kids. the breakfast was amazing, especially thanks to dotty, who brightened our mornings. the pool was a big hit with the kiddos, and we loved the hot tub too! really clean and safe atmosphere.
